Our group childbirth education course is a 4-part series, each part runs for approximately 90 min. We offer the option to meet in-person monthly on Thursday nights from 6pm-8pm (4 consecutive weeks) OR the option to take our intensive workshop held every 3rd Sunday from 1pm-7pm (4 parts covered in one day).

The 4th Trimester (Birth & postpartum planning, newborn feeding & care)
